SUMMARY

Capture screenshots for submitting apps to PlayStore and AppStore. The extension is opened source here: https://github.com/yoav-zibin/chrome-screenshot-extension (submit bug/issues/feature requests there :)) Way to use the extension: 1) Turn on “Mobile emulation” in chrome. 2) Select the desired device, e.g., choose "iPhone 6". 3) Make sure it’s shown as 100% and the entire screen is visible. (If it doesn’t fit in your screen, maximize chrome, and if that's not enough, increase your screen resolution.) 4) Click on the camera icon to save the printscreen as a PNG image file in your ~/Downloads folder, according to Apple's specs (e.g., iPhone4 as 640x960 png, iPhone6p as 1242x2208 png, etc).

The latest version of Yoav Screenshot Extension is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 54 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-04-26.

HOW TO INSTALL Yoav Screenshot Extension FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Yoav Screenshot Extension CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
