Ospey is an open-source GPL compliant fork of Stylish, based on an older version before the privacy changes. It can manage custom CSS, whether from userstyles.org, or your own configurations. It is easy to install and use, and with the rare-if-any updates, you can be sure that none of your custom CSS scripts will ever be impacted.

The latest version of osprey is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 372 active users. The initial version was launched on 2017-03-21.

HOW TO INSTALL osprey FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download osprey CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
