Good News

SUMMARY

It blocks unwanted news stories from appearing in your Google news feed. Add keywords and key phrases as patterns to block. Then, any headlines or leads that contain those patterns will be hidden from view. To restore them, either remove the pattern or click the "show" link at the top of the news feed.

The latest version of Good News is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 3,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2019-01-31.

HOW TO INSTALL Good News FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Good News CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
