The whatsmydns DNS Lookup extension for Google Chrome lets you quickly and easily see DNS records for the current website you are on, or any other domain name that you enter.

You can use the extension to see all the common DNS record types directly within Chrome without having to leave the page. This includes A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, SOA, TXT, CAA, SRV, PTR, or even all records at once.

After performing a DNS lookup, you can easily check global DNS propagation using the full whatsmydns.net website.

The latest version of DNS Lookup is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 5,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-02-17.

HOW TO INSTALL DNS Lookup FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download DNS Lookup CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
