Side Portal

SUMMARY

Side Portal improves navigating in Wikipedia by adding a right sidebar, and providing a graph view of your articles.

To use Side Portal -
1. Navigate to any Wikipedia article.
2. Shift + Click on links within those articles. The articles will now appear in the right sidebar.
3. Click 'Explore Spatially' to see a graph view of all your open articles.

This extension is inspired by Roam Research.

The latest version of Side Portal is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 201 active users. The initial version was launched on 2021-01-26.

HOW TO INSTALL Side Portal FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Side Portal CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
