SUMMARY

ADB Plugin is a Chrome Extension that runs ADB daemon and enables remote debugging for mobile. With it, you do not need to download the Android SDK or run ADB yourself from the command line.

✓ Chrome on Android 24+ is required. If you're seeing an empty white window, update your Chrome version in Google Play.

The latest version of ADB is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 40,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2014-02-18.

HOW TO INSTALL ADB FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download ADB CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
