BazQux Reader: open links in background tab

SUMMARY

Chrome no longer allows websites to open links in background tabs. Websites could only open links in a new tab with an immediate focus switch (and a popup blocker could block even that). So this extension is necessary for BazQux Reader to open the current article link in the background tab when you press the 'b' key.

The latest version of BazQux Reader: open links in background tab is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 191 active users. The initial version was launched on 2018-12-12.

HOW TO INSTALL BazQux Reader: open links in background tab FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download BazQux Reader: open links in background tab CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
