This extension automatically archives all the pages you visit to the Wayback Machine, minimizing dead links for you and other people. It uses minimal data and bandwith, as it sends the pages to the Wayback Machine for archival rather than archiving them client-side.

The latest version of AutoSave to Wayback Machine is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 407 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-02-15.

HOW TO INSTALL AutoSave to Wayback Machine FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download AutoSave to Wayback Machine CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
