SUMMARY

This is a small extension for Chrome that adds some nice and handy features to Bluesky, the greatest media platform of all time.

Feature list:
- Auto quote-posting
- YouTube embeds in feed, profile, and post pages
- Vim keybindings (can be enabled in settings)
- Hiding the followers, following, and posts numbers from profiles (can be enabled in settings)
- Popovers with precise timestamps of posts
- The settings popup
- Anonymous error logging to Sentry.io

Right now (as of December 2023), the app is invite-only (but the invite codes are easy to get) and the web app is running at bsky.app (you may find yours truly at @blisstweeting.xyz).

The Bluesky Overhaul extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-10-11. At the time of removal, it had 550 users. The initial version was launched on 2023-04-15.

HOW TO INSTALL Bluesky Overhaul FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Bluesky Overhaul CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
