auto-resume downloads

SUMMARY

This extension allows the user to auto resume downloads that have failed due to non-human error. Failed downloads will attempt to resume within one minute of failing. Does not resume downloads that have been cancelled manually or that have been cancelled via browser shut down.

The latest version of auto-resume downloads is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 10,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2018-08-24.

HOW TO INSTALL auto-resume downloads FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download auto-resume downloads CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
