SUMMARY

Quickly open a map using one of several popular mapping services such as Google Maps™, Mapquest™, Zillow™, or even Apple Maps (macOS only). Highlight an address, right-click to open a context menu, then select 'MapIt!'. Chrome will open a new tab and display the location using your preferred mapping service. The default is Google Maps.

The latest version of MapIt! is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 2,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2014-07-16.

HOW TO INSTALL MapIt! FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download MapIt! CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
