Disable Adding People for Google Meet™

Prevent users/attendees from adding people into the Google Meet sessions.

This extension hides the "Add People" in Google Meets and is meant for schools that are using Google Meet. It prevents students from inviting people/strangers into the meeting.

Only teachers are allowed to invite individuals into the Google Meet call. This is to prevent random hackers/strangers from attending the lessons inside Google Meet.

The latest version of Disable Adding People for Google Meet™ is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 2,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-09-29.

HOW TO INSTALL Disable Adding People for Google Meet™ FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Disable Adding People for Google Meet™ CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
