SUMMARY

This extension adds a volume control bar to every Instagram Reel video. Additionally, when you load the Instagram web app, it will automatically adjust the volume to 0.5 - where 0 is mute and 1 is maximum volume.

The Instagram Reels Audio Control extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-09-25. At the time of removal, it had 44 users. The initial version was launched on 2024-06-11.

HOW TO INSTALL Instagram Reels Audio Control FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Instagram Reels Audio Control CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
