Click to open and set a new password or login if you already have one set. After that, you are able to add websites by right-clicking on a page or by opening the extension and clicking "Add to private bookmarks". Private Bookmarks gives you the ability to save your bookmarks where no one can see them. It's password protected, so you're safe. The latest version of Private Bookmarks is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 8,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2013-12-17.

HOW TO INSTALL Private Bookmarks FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Private Bookmarks CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
