Quickly call, send business text messages, and access contextual customer data using Cytracom Discover from any application or website with the Cytracom Chrome Extension.

We are excited to offer the new and improved Cytracom Chrome Extension. Now, you have the ability to click on a phone number within any web-based application (i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce, Autotask, ConnectWise, IT Glue, and others) or other websites to make a phone call, send a business text message, or leverage Cytracom Discover to add context to a conversation.

Requirements:
You must have an assigned Cytracom extension. To allow Cytracom Discover to access contextual data, you must be running the Cytracom Desktop application.

The latest version of Cytracom Chrome Extension is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 2,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2018-04-24.

HOW TO INSTALL Cytracom Chrome Extension FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Cytracom Chrome Extension CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
