AssemblyAI Extension

SUMMARY

Simple extension to get transcriptions through AssemblyAI API. Also includes speaker identification. For personal use mostly, but if people want more features I can add them. Update 1.1: Now can handle much bigger files, and has some instructions. Update 1.2: Saves your API key so you don't need to keep re-entering.

The latest version of AssemblyAI Extension is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 71 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-07-15.

HOW TO INSTALL AssemblyAI Extension FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download AssemblyAI Extension CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
