This browser extension can turn any webpage into a simple but elegant reader. The reader is designed and stylized for the most optimal readability — from fonts and colors to spacing and sizing.

When you activate the "Let Me Read" action by clicking the icon, this extension will grab all the important text from the current webpage and place it nicely into a reader that completely replaces the open webpage. All that's left is the text to read!
That means no ads, popups, images, videos, media, forms, scripts, or extra content of any kind. Nothing but text — nothing but reading.

HOW TO INSTALL Let Me Read FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Let Me Read CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
