WebWork Buddy

SUMMARY

WebWork Buddy alleviates the stresses of dealing with bracket errors and syntax errors when entering in mathematical expressions on WebWork. By leveraging the Mathquill library, which is used by Desmos.com, computer scientists, and universities around the world, WebWork buddy is able to translate those mathematical expressions into a WebWork format such that the user can easily copy + paste the expression they need.

The latest version of WebWork Buddy is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 303 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-10-19.

HOW TO INSTALL WebWork Buddy FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download WebWork Buddy CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
