Educators can enable their curious students to learn, discover, and explore online by creating focused learning environments. ASTRO has built-in content blocking to make the internet a safer space with less distractions. Educators are equipped with the tools to manage their students digital education. They can monitor their students activity in real-time & historically, and are given the tools to keep their students away from harmful content, whilst they learn and discover online. Students can learn in the focused learning environments created by educators. They are presented a safe interface where they can explore the online content within a lesson, but not beyond it. Students also have a search engine which they can use to safely learn beyond their lessons. The latest version of ASTROSafe is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 42 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-04-17.

HOW TO INSTALL ASTROSafe FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download ASTROSafe CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
