Adds a button to create calendar events next to all Gradescope assignments.

Uses https://github.com/add2cal/add-to-calendar-button to generate links.

Currently:
- Adds calendar button to all courses user is enrolled in as a student on gradescope.com
- Button to the right of date column
- Default styling on calendar button

The latest version of Gradescope Add to Calendar is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 482 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-11-30.

HOW TO INSTALL Gradescope Add to Calendar FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Gradescope Add to Calendar CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
