It's a tool that will help you find if you have a connection with any account on Twitter. Mutual followers with an account are people that follow you and are followed by the account. Example: Account 1 has 1K followers and 500 followingd. Twitfrens will tell you among the 500 following, which accounts are following you as well. It tells the user the first degree connection with any Twitter account.

HOW TO INSTALL TwitFrens FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download TwitFrens CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
