MicroHealth Wellness was designed for MicroHealth employees to help determine what wellness exams they should discuss with their health provider. The data is powered by AHRQ ePSS which identifies appropriate clinical preventive services given age, gender and risk. You are more than welcome to use this application however it was designed for internal use at MicroHealth therefore support will be limited. The content is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of this application.

The latest version of mWellness is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 19 active users. The initial version was launched on 2014-01-03.

HOW TO INSTALL mWellness FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download mWellness CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
