时间戳转化

一个简易的时间戳转换工具，可以帮助用户简便地转换。不需要考虑日期格式，按照顺序年月日时分秒，不限制分隔符，或者10/13位时间戳自动识别

1. 右键菜单暂时不能点击复制
2. 某些页面选中字符串后可能右键菜单不显示转换内容

@ 将来不知道什么时候可能也许会有的改进

本来想右键菜单点击打开插件页的，由于 Chrome 的限制，这个无法做到

HOW TO INSTALL 时间戳转化 FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download 时间戳转化 CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
