Simply install the extension, reload Facebook, and THAT'S IT! It will hide all that invasive content from your news feed and only leave behind a short-n-sweet message letting you know something was hidden.

PLEASE NOTE: During installation, Chrome will inform you that this extension will have access to your data on Facebook.com but rest assured it does not track, store, or send your Facebook data in any way, shape, or form and it never will. This is simply a permissions requirement so it can hide those unwanted posts for you. Google is informing you that this extension could do those things, not that it does. (And it won't, ever, I promise!)

The Unsuggested for Facebook extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-09-28. At the time of removal, it had 2000 users. The initial version was launched on 2013-04-14.

HOW TO INSTALL Unsuggested for Facebook FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Unsuggested for Facebook CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
